Avoid HFCS – High Fructose Corn Syrup

BPA, a common chemical, is found certain plastic water bottles, including baby bottles, and the lining in most cans. Studies have linked it to health problems like diabetes and heart disease.
Deep vein thrombosis (DVT)
It’s a blood clot that develops in a deep vein, usually in a leg. Caused by sitting for an extended period, such as international flights. The blood clot can travel to other parts of the body and cause major health problems.
To reduce the risk of DVT:
Regularly change leg position
Walk often
Drink plenty of fluids
Wear loose-fitting clothes
Don’t wear tight socks
Energy drinks
Contains caffiene, guarana, ginseng, taurine, ginkgo biloba, sugar
Too much of these can cause:
Sleep problems
Nausea
Vomiting
High blood pressure
Anxiety
Heart palpitations
Seizures
